Cancellation Policy

1. Simulator Bay & Tee Time Reservations

  • 12-Hour Notice: Reservations canceled at least 12 hours in advance will receive a full refund or credit toward a future booking.
  • Less Than 12 Hours & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 12 hours of the scheduled time and guests who do not show up for a scheduled reservation without notice will be charged the full amount.

2. Memberships

  • Monthly Memberships: Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
  • Founding Memberships: Founding memberships are promotional and final; they cannot be canceled, transferred, or refunded once activated.

3. Events & Group Bookings

  • 7-Day Notice: Group events or private bookings canceled at least 7 days in advance will receive a full refund of any deposits or fees paid.
  • Less Than 7 Days: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will forfeit 50% of the deposit.
  • Less Than 48 Hours: Cancellations within 48 hours of the event or private booking will result in a full forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Weather & Facility Closures

  • In the rare event Sandbaggers Golf Spot must close due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., power outage, safety issues), guests will receive a full refund or credit toward a future booking.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
